At Greens of Earth, we understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your order, we're here to help — as long as it's within the allowed window.

When Can I Cancel My Order?

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it — or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.

After dispatch, cancellation will no longer be possible as the package is already in transit.

How to Cancel

To request a cancellation:

We'll confirm your cancellation via email or message within 24 hours.

Refunds on Cancellation

If your prepaid order is successfully canceled:

  • Your payment will be refunded in full
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method

Note: If you paid via UPI or Razorpay, please ensure your account details remain active for a smooth refund process.

What If My Order Is Already Shipped?

Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However:

If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it (see our Return & Replacement Policy)

We currently do not offer returns for change of mind after delivery.
