Return Eligibility

We currently do not offer returns on used or opened products due to the perishable nature of seeds and hygiene considerations.

However, we do provide free replacements in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or broken item
  • An item in your kit is missing or incorrect
  • You received the wrong order
Replacement Window

You must report any eligible issue within 3 days of delivery.

Beyond this period, we may not be able to process a replacement due to inventory constraints.

Replacement Process

Once verified, we’ll:

Ship a replacement part or product free of charge

Or offer a store credit if the item is no longer available

We aim to dispatch replacement items within 48 hours of approval.

Non-Replaceable Cases

Replacements will not be provided if:

  • The issue is reported after the 3-day window
  • The product is used or tampered with
  • The issue is due to customer mishandling or incorrect usage
