How do I place an order on your website?

Just browse our shop, add your desired products to cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll be asked to fill in your shipping details and make payment through one of our secure gateways.

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes, guest checkout is available. However, creating an account helps you track your orders more easily and manage your order history.

I placed an order but didn’t receive confirmation. What should I do?

Please check your spam folder. If you still haven’t received anything within 10 minutes, contact us via support@greensofearth.com or WhatsApp.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major Indian payment methods via Razorpay:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.)
  • Credit & Debit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets (Paytm, etc.)

Is my payment secure?

Yes — all payments are processed through Razorpay’s encrypted gateway. Your card or UPI information is never stored by us.

Do you ship across India?

Yes, we currently deliver to most pin codes across India through our delivery partner, Shiprocket.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp with a tracking link. You can also visit our Track Your Order page anytime.

How much is the shipping fee?

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹499
  • Flat ₹49 shipping charge for orders below ₹499

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel within 6 hours of placing the order or before it’s shipped — whichever comes first. After shipment, cancellations are not possible.

When will I get my refund after cancellation?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

I forgot my account password. What should I do?
